What you share
The audit form asks for your name, email, company, industry and a description of the manual work you want to improve. Team size, website and availability are optional. Please do not include confidential customer records, passwords or sensitive financial documents.
How it is used
Your request is recorded in Adoption’s private lead queue so the team can review it, arrange a conversation and follow up on agreed next steps. We may retain the page and campaign that brought you to the form to understand which enquiries are useful. Contact details and your description are not sent to advertising analytics. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers are used to limit abusive submissions.
Storage and access
The website uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare-backed database storage. Access to the lead queue is restricted to the authorized operator. We keep inquiry information for the conversation and relevant follow-up; you can ask us to correct or remove it.
Contact and choices
Submitting a request asks us to contact you about that request. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Tell us if you no longer want follow-up. For a question, correction or removal request, email info@adoption.ae.
Scheduling and tracking
We use a 30-minute visit window to associate your first public page and any campaign tags with an audit request. These details are stored in this browser tab, whose local session ends when the tab closes. They are sent to us only with a submitted request and kept with that inquiry, including any retries. The visit details do not contain form answers, contact details or the full referring URL. The form still works if browser storage is unavailable.
Calls are arranged manually by email. No calendar provider or advertising tracker is embedded in this version. If those services are introduced, the notice will be updated to reflect their actual use.
